1. Overview
At Cascade Enterprises, we specialize in providing high-quality digital and downloadable products, including workflow templates, tutorials, guides, and automation tools.
Due to the nature of digital products — which can be accessed and duplicated instantly — all sales are final once the product has been successfully downloaded.
However, we understand that technical issues may occasionally occur, and we want to ensure our customers receive exactly what they paid for. Therefore, we offer refunds only under specific and verifiable conditions, outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in the following two circumstances:
a. Download Failure
A refund may be approved if:
- You have successfully completed the payment, but are unable to download the purchased file(s) due to a verified technical issue on our platform.
- You have contacted our support team within 48 hours of purchase and provided proof of payment.
- Our team has failed to deliver or restore your download access within 48 hours of receiving your support request.
If the issue is resolved (i.e., the download link is restored or files are sent to you) within the 48-hour window, a refund will not be issued.
b. Incorrect or Misrepresented Product
A refund may also be approved if:
- The downloaded product is not reflective of the description or product listing (e.g., missing core files, incorrect item, or mismatched content).
- You notify us within 48 hours of purchase and provide valid evidence (screenshots, file details, or other proof).
- We have not provided a corrected or replacement file within 48 hours of receiving your claim.
If we issue a corrected or replacement version within the 48-hour period, the refund request becomes void.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- You changed your mind or no longer need the product.
- You purchased a product by mistake.
- You do not have the required software, technical skills, or setup to use the product.
- You failed to read the product description or requirements before purchase.
- You experienced issues due to third-party software, hosting environments, or unsupported platforms.
- You have already downloaded and accessed the files successfully.
All refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of Cascade Enterprises after a thorough review of your claim.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under the eligible conditions, please follow these steps:
- Email your request to contact@n8n-workflows.ilastia.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order ID]”.
- Include the following details:
- Full name and email used during purchase
- Order ID or transaction reference number
- Product name and download link
- A clear description of the issue (including screenshots or proof if applicable)
- Our support team will investigate your claim within 48 hours and notify you of the outcome.
If your request meets the refund criteria, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Replacement Policy
In cases where a download has failed or the delivered files are incorrect, we will prioritize issuing a corrected or replacement download link before considering a refund.
Once a replacement has been successfully delivered, the refund request is no longer valid.
